This 1972 61′ Ketch is one of six (6) sailing vessel, of this size, that were built by Cuthbertson and Cassian (C & C) in Ontario Canada (the other 5 were racing sloops). ”Ketch” has had some nice upgrades over the years:

Accommodations “Ketch” is a well appointed spacious vessel with companionways mid-ship and aft. You enter into the main salon from the mid-ship companionway and step on to the teak and holly cabin sole. The main salon is very comfortable and welcoming ample headroom, large ports which provide a light and airy feel, there is an L-shaped settee and beautiful dining table with high gloss finish to starboard. To port in the main salon is the chart table/navigation station. Just aft of this is a wet bar with additional counter and storage places, all convenient for daily living and entertaining. Mid-ship is the engine room with work bench giving easy access and space to work on the engine and projects.Moving forward and stepping down from the main salon into the galley which is to port. Forward and to starboard is a head with vanity, sink, and shower. This head has an electric flush toilet a nice feature when living aboard. As you continue forward toward the bow there there are two (2) staterooms with upper and lower sea berths to port and starboard both areas fitted with storage lockers and shelves. There is also a washer/dryer in a storage locker forward. In the forepeak there is the chain locker and large storage locker. Moving aft from the main salon down the portside you will find more storage compartments, a new, never used Spectra watermaker, and the main instrumentation and breaker panels. The Aft Stateroom has single berths to port and starboard with settee, large vanity, and storage drawers in-between them. Forward and starboard is another head equipped with toilet, sink, and shower. A companionway ladder leads up to the center cockpit. There is also VHF radio in the aft stateroom. All accomodations are fitted with bright work trim and wood cabin soles.
